Find primes using a recursive formula by Rowland. C and C++ source
code to find prime numbers by using a recursive formula. 10,000,000,000
iterations found 65 unique prime numbers, the largest 7972334723. Run time
was about 38 minutes on a fast 64 bit linux computer.
all of the primes within a range of integers. These are from a file

a Windows NT commmand line program to print the prime factors of an
integer. It may also work with Windows 98. Type "factor help" to

another Windows NT command line program to print the prime factors of an
integer. It will attempt to factor integers up to about 600 digits,
but most will take a very long time, maybe many years. If the Windows 98
command line is not long enough, bfactor will read one integer per line
from stdin. 31610054640417607788145206291543662493274686990 is an easy
integer for bfactor.exe to factor if you want to test it without waiting
too long. There is also a
binary of bfactor.

I wrote a shell script that creates a html (web page) index of a
directory full of jpeg images. Requires ImageMagick.org and bash or ksh
to run. The output is similar to the
Ireland web pages referred to by the next
two links. This script uses html 4.01 and Cascading Style Sheets.
Thumbnail images are created by the convert program that is part of
ImageMagick. In the resulting web page, one may click on the thumbnail or
on the file name to view the image. The script works fine under Unix or Linux,
but may need to be changed to run under windows.
